Account Manager - Remote
Full Service digital marketing agency
We are looking for someone to creature, develop and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager's role is to ensure our clients are happy with our services, and to work with our teams to ensure that expectations are met.
The role will require regular liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and will be intrinsic to ensuring the smooth running of our client accounts.
The Account Manager will also need to recognise new business opportunities with existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities, and communicate this to the sales team.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Being the main point of contact for all client enquiries
Arranging regular client meetings
Dealing with general client enquiries
Ensuring the client is kept up to date on all work
Working with various teams to get work done on time
Working with the sales teams to create proposals for clients
Reviewing clients retainers and time spent and ensuring profitability
Regular monthly and adhoc reporting
Identifying opportunities for increased revenue with client accounts
Ensuring invoices are raised
Salary and Benefits:
£22,000 - £25,000 starting based on experience
