We are looking for a National Accounts Team Manager to join our clients Corporate Sales Department to provide leadership and have accountability for the performance of the Corporate Account Team. Some of the National Accounts Team Manager responsibilities will include:

Lead, manage and have full accountability for the Account Management Team, guiding them to achieve KPIs through effective coaching, regular 121s, and feedback sessions
Manage strategic stakeholder relationships with existing corporate accounts to deliver additional revenue and ensure that the service commitments are delivered in line with their needs
Develop and manage account strategies and plans and ensure that appropriate resources and plans are in place to deliver the required services
Be a dynamic and strategic Manager who can mentor and inspire a team
Continuously identify, drive and deliver improvements to your team
Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Member Services to ensure optimal support for B2BWe are keen to speak with people who have been in a similar Sales Team Manager role and have the following skills:

Sales leadership and Account Management experience within B2B
Proven ability to confidently build and manage commercial relationships at all levels, including senior stakeholders
Experience of people and performance management in line with company policies and procedures (recruitment, absence management, disciplinary meetings, etc)This is a permanent position working full-time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary of £55,000.
