Middlesex - Work from Home

3 days per week

£20-25.00 per hr

Our client is a well-known business leadership coaching and consultancy service. As they are experiencing exciting growth and launching new products, they are working with us here at Better People to recruit a part time Project/Business Manager to oversee and manage day to day business activities, manage key projects, liaising with clients and delivery partners to keep everything flowing, on time and to required standards.

The role is permanent and on an employed basis. It is to be worked from home so the individual can be based anywhere as long as they are prepared to travel to meet the MD in person once every 2 months - so ideally 2 hours from London.

The job is for 24 hours per week worked either full time across 3 days or part time across 4 or 5 days Monday to Friday.

Ideal Candidates will be/have:

* Content writing skills for B2B projects

* Good at improving the look and feel of existing documents

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously perhaps in a marketing setting

* Good knowledge and experience of back-office systems and good with technology

* Ability to source, write/edit and upload appropriate materials to support online learning content

* Great with people - good confident articulate individuals who represent the business well

* Good influencing skills and diplomatic, able to persuade deadlines to be met and general delivery to happen on time and to a high standard.

* Experience managing marketing activities through 3rd party - coordinating social media posts

* High attention to detail, commercial awareness and a real enthusiasm to support and take this business forward the best way they can.
