This is top tier appointment in the organisation, as a Head of Mechanical Engineering you will be the point of contact for business development, thought and team leaders. With one foot in the operation, one foot in the strategic and a head for business and proposition development, this role is highly varied and calls for someone who is autonomous and a self-starter.
As Head of Mechanical Engineering, you will need:
- A broad understanding of mechanical engineering and its application to high throughput manufacturing
- A flair for client management and business development
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product development and deployment
This role will be Cambridge based, offering a very competitive salary of £90-120k plus a bonus of up to 30%.
