Dedicate Recruitment are seeking a multi-talented Finance and HR Assistant to join a dynamic and growing multi-academy trust based in the East Midlands.

This dual purpose role will require you to have a good knowledge of invoice processing, bank reconciliations and staff expenses. You will also bring your skills to support the administration process for the HR team, in which you will be responsible for a small cluster of schools and their recruitment campaigns. You will update the Single Central Record with new starters and any change in staff details.

This is a new position supporting the Finance and HR initiatives across the Trust. Part of a small but expanding team, the postholder will assist with the wider administrative needs for the central team, dealing with all enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.

The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently, works well in a team, and has a high level of attention to detail. Experience of working in a Finance / HR setting and knowledge of PS Financials and iTrent would be beneficial.

This is an initial temporary post whilst the Trust recruits for the permanent position in which the successful candidate will be invited to apply.

This is a full time on site role, 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a current Enhanced DBS Check or be subject to one.
