Are you a talented Deputy Nursing Home Manager looking to make the next move in your career? This could be the opportunity you're looking for. This post comes with a very competitive salary of up to £19.50 per hour. Based in Burntwood, our client's care home is designed to support 65 residents needing residential, nursing and dementia care.

We're looking to place an excellent Qualified Nurse with superb healthcare experience, including working at a senior level in an older people's nursing care home. As well as a current NMC registration.

Drawing on your nursing home experience, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the best quality care is prioritised and delivered through effective leadership and home management. You will support and inspire continuous improvement within the home, both in the quality of service provision and commercial performance.
