Your Background: Project management experience – agency or consultancy background

About You:

As Dragonfish continues to evolve and grow we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Thriving on execution and process, from project initiation through to completion and delivery, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all projects across a number of clients.

You’ll have a genuine affinity with the Dragonfish vision and the ambition to help us grow as we work with new and current clients. You’ll also be joining us at an exciting time as we’re launching our new enterprise level, online culture tool, Lumin.

You will be a key client contact representing every component of our offer, navigating internal resources, building credibility and stakeholder relationships. Commercially aware and detail orientated, you will take the time to understand our ways of working, shape best practice processes and manage continuous improvement across the whole consultancy. Whilst playing a hands-on role, you will also mentor and coach the consulting team to implement best practice processes.

You will also utilise a mentoring and coaching approach with the consulting team to implement these best practice processes. You’ll have proven experience building and managing internal, associate and client relationships, working on high profile client accounts being a trusted and credible advisor.

Organised and results driven, you will be accountable for tracking and reporting project profitability along with ensuring client projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You’re an effective problem solver, able to recommend and articulate appropriate solutions. You have the ability to flex management and communication style depending on the situation. You understand how effectively managing client satisfaction, through successful project management, you will contribute to YOY income growth, always ensuring output is ‘right first time’.

We’re looking for someone who’s keen to take the next step in their project management career who has experience of at least 3 years in project management. You will also have experience successfully managing multiple concurrent projects in excess of £50k and implementing best practice processes.
