This unique and innovative agricultural business are looking for an experienced contracts consultation manager to join their senior management team at an expansive site in the northeast. This role is an integral part of running this site with over 700 staff at times, a diverse opportunity with a high level of responsibility you will be someone who can manage your areas of responsibility both efficiently and with high attention to detail.
This business relies on a mixture of long term, high value contracts where staff are permanently based on site and temporary contracts. You could be working on business contracts worth tens of thousands, or millions of pounds so need to be someone with experience communicating with people of all levels. Your areas of contractual responsibility will range from the maintenance staff to senior engineers. You will be setting up and managing contracts therefore it is essential to have prior experience in negotiating and starting new contracts.
This is a role for a forward thinking, business minded individual who is looking to bring fresh ideas, challenging processes to ensure the business is always operating in the most efficient and cost-effective way.The successful person will have:
- Prior experience in setting up and managing contracts.
- High attention to detail.
- Results driven; you will be someone who thrives on finding innovative solutions.
- Ideally, prior experience working on a large manufacturing plant.
- Experience with COMAH would be highly advantageous.
- An excellent communicator, you are the voice and the face of the business with contracts.
- You will be versatile, engaging and influencing with the ability to work well with stakeholders of all levels.
