Utilising technology and digitisation, they have developed a revolutionary approach to information sharing.
In order to support their growth, they are looking for a 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer who speaks French fluently to join their Helpdesk team.
Provide friendly and clear 2nd line IT support for internal & external customers
Manage IT service requests via phone, email and the client's internal case management systems
Handle escalated tickets from the 1st Line Support team providing feedback when resolved Experience required:
Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Level IT Helpdesk position
Customer-oriented and enjoy dealing with internal & external customers
You have a strong analytical mindset and are always looking for solutions to challenges.
You are fluent in French & English
