Perfect Personnel are currently recruiting for a It Support Engineer to Join one of Warwickshire's leading Software developers.
Job Description
You will be supporting bespoke applications for customers. This is a support role and will require the use of support tools such a TeamViewer and discussing issues with customers over the phone.
Job Qualifications
Candidates must have good interpersonal skills, good telephone skills, excellent time management and analytical abilities, work in a structured and methodical manner, capable of prioritising their workload, pay close attention to detail and are self-motivated. It is essential to have a strong interest in IT.
Also beneficial is experience in the following
* SQL
* MSSQL
* Remote control tools (TeamViewer etc)
Schedule/Salary
* Full-time
* Performance bonus(available)

Experience:
* IT Support: 1 year (preferred)
