Bookkeeper

My client, a leading family run property maintenance business based in Watford, are currently looking for a book-keeper to join their busy team on a temp to perm basis, working 3 days per week out of their offices.

Salary £11.50 - £13.50 per hour dependant on experience.

The successful candidate must be confident with the use of SAGE and Excel, as well as being trustworthy and hardworking. This role will give someone the opportunity to secure a permanent position after completing a 12 week temporary period.

The key responsibilites of the role are as follows:

Proficient in Sage Line 50

Proficient in Excel

Able to prioritise work

Bookkeeping to trial balance

Preparation of Management accounts, Vat Returns, Purchase and Sales Ledger, Wage Preparation. Knowledge of CIS Returns preferable

Compiling reports from sage to excel
