Urgent Okta Developer
Duration: 1- 2 years plus
1. Okta Tenant Management
Currently the project team have developed a set of Confluence pages covering the below topics. There are gaps in these pages that need to be addressed (likely to require a joint exercise between this BAU team and project team as part of handover). There also needs to be some analysis to confirm no gaps. Current topics covered are:
a. Customer IM Configuration
b. Federating Azure AD for console access
c. Terraform scripts
d. Supporting the Tenant
2. Platform Support - Steady State Tasks
- Monitoring the platform: performance / capacity (rate limits) etc.
- Identifying and reporting on KPIs.
- Managing regular maintenance / upgrades
3. Platform / Application Support
Provide support for any platform issues or issues with applications using the platform. First point of contact to manage any incidents/problems
4. Engage with Platform Provider
This team will be the team that engages with the platform provider when there are any technical issues / queries that cannot be addressed by the team. They will
- Act as the primary contact between TG and the platform provider for new/changed integration queries
- Act as the primary contact between TG and the platform provider for capability/roadmap queries
