What are the next steps of your career?

Our client is looking for you confident ability to develop various new and exciting products within the business. You will work with all departments across the business, as well as numerous suppliers of food, drink, packaging, and components.

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

Location: Leek

Hours of work: Monday to Friday office hours

Contract type: Permanent

Key responsibilities as a Product Developer:

Collate market research into presentation, interpret research to highlight key market information
Assist in market research including consumer feedback, trade feedback, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behaviour
Source products, componentry, and packaging suppliers.
Assist in planning of range launch meetings and present and communicate range plans to sales teams and customer.
Accurately collate all internal and external associated product costs, for commercial costing according to target margins and target price points.Required skills as a Procut Developer:

Confidence to talk and present to key stakeholders, sales team, and customers.
Excellent communication skills; liaising, establishing, and maintaining positive links with a range of people by telephone, email and in person.
Thrives on success through working with others and demonstrating great teamwork.
