The successful applicant will play a key role leading on curriculum planning, including the long-term design of an innovative class based and work based learning curriculum, as well as a requirement to work on the development of new facilities and the reconfiguration of existing facilities.

Reporting to the Deputy Principal, you will pro-actively lead and manage the Directorate to deliver an exceptional student experience. You will therefore need to be able to demonstrate:

* Strategic vision with the ability to translate to operational outputs and impact;

* Inspirational and motivational leadership qualities;

This post is based predominantly at Suffolk New College Ipswich Campus.
