Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Location: London
Rate of Pay: £9.50 - £11.56
Swanstaff are looking for enthusiastic staff members that can join the team supporting people with disabilities encouraging them to live independently with dignity, choice, and control. The staff strive on giving the right service and support for all their clients. The staff assist clients with daily tasks such as helping them to manage their home environments, helping them to handle money and bills, providing personal care needs depending on the client as they may need their home environment adapted to support them in a suitable way. Requirements
Assisting residences to the access community
Supporting with the preparation of meals and drinks
Manage daily activities in care plan
Administrating medication
Assisting with bathing, showering, making bed and feeding
Companionship and care in a variety of setting
Encouraging residents to feel comfortable and confident in their abilities to live independently
