Due to an increase in business our clients is looking for an experienced Part time Accounts Assistant /Bookkeeper with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will have:
A good working knowledge of 'Free Agent' package would be advantageous Day to day banking and bank reconciliations Setting up bank payments to suppliers etc Month End procedures and reports Processing of sales and purchase invoices Knowledge of invoice discounting/factoring VAT Returns Processing monthly salary payments Month end procedures and reportsThe ideal candidate must have a flexible approach to work and be able to work to weekly and monthly deadlines.
