You'll ideally have some customer-facing experience, but being an excellent communicator and driven in your work will also stand you in good stead. You will need to have good IT skills and be able to adhere to stringent health and safety requirements. As well as demonstrating your knowledge of extreme sports, you'll show a commitment to learn and develop within the team and in return, we'll help you to develop your career with us.
