Trainee CAD Designer

Jark Recruitment are currently looking for a Trainee CAD Designer for a fantastic client based in Redditch.

This position is 7am till 4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am till 2pm Friday, paid at £10.00 per hour.

Duties include;
· Inspection of job packs alongside the TM before release to shop-floor.
· Learn to detail and draw for the laser and turret punch jobs.
· Overseeing and producing monthly stocktake for the business.
· Investigation and conclusion of all NCRs raised; liaising with clients and Project managers for satisfactory conclusion.
· Liaising with Buyers, ensuring that materials are available for the planned works.

Ideal Candidate Attributes;
· Ability to utilise Autocad tools.
· IT literate.
· Competent in the use of supplier specific software and in particular Lantek (Training will be given).
· Have the ability to learn to manage multiple projects and work to budgets.
· Have the ability to learn to value engineer a project.
· Be Customer focussed.
