Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £13.19 per hour
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Hours: 9 - 5pm Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary, Full time Monday 30th May to Friday 17th June
THE COMPANY
Are you looking for a new role to start as soon as possible?
Are you an experienced Accounts assistant?
Then this role is for you! Our client based in Welwyn Garden City are looking for an enthusiastic account assistant to join their friendly team to help with a backlog of invoices and assist with general accounting duties to cover a busy holiday period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Managing and inputting invoices into their system Xero
·Taking calls and chasing payments (credit control)
·Credit card receipts
·Opening and distribution of posts for the finance team
·Assisting the finance team with ad hoc duties as and when required
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·Previous experience in a similar role
·IT Literate and competent in using Microsoft Office
·Good working knowledge of Xero or Quickbooks
·Available immediately
