Year-End Accountant

Interim Year-End Accountant- Wokingham (Hybrid Working) - £350-£400 Per Day- Inside IR35- 3-6 Month Contract- ACCA/ACA/ICAEW/CIMA

IN2 Consult is partnering with an exciting business in the Wokingham area who are looking to recruit an interim year-end accountant

to join their team to support with year-end duties including statutory accounting and liaising with auditors. This is an excellent opportunity

for an experienced financial/ year-end accountant to come in and support a growing business as well as making a real impact.

The Year-End Accountant role includes the following duties:

Producing year-end statutory accounts
Ensuring compliance with reporting standards including UK GAAP and IFRS
Consolidating accounts to a group level
Liaising with external auditors
Tax and VAT work
Improving key reporting processes
Ad-Hoc Duties

The desired candidate for this year-end accountant role should have the following background/ experience:

Strong experience in producing year-end statutory accounts
Experience and good knowledge of different reporting standards- especially IFRS
Ideally be from a practice/ audit background
ACCA/ACA/ICAEW/CIMA Fully Qualified
Have some relevant direct or indirect tax experience
Be a strong communicator
