Finance Director

Reed Finance have been engaged by a rapidly growing Software company who are seeking a Finance Director who will be responsible for help driving the business forward, alongside a CEO and management. Joining an organisation in a rapidly evolving and sort after market. You shall have experience of working with a Software/Technology business, and experience of implementing and influencing commercial financial strategies and operations.

Your duties shall include:

- Management of the day-to-day finance operations for the business- Working with management to build long term financial strategy- Ensuring all statutory requirements are met- Working with management to identify risks and opportunities- Pricing - experience of working with sales teams to drive pricing and margin improvements, reviewing commercial and legal contractual agreements- Overseeing a small finance team- Ensuring robust financial process and procedures are in place- Strong working capital management

This is an idea opportunity for:- An ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified professional- An experienced Financial Controller/Head of Finance/Finance Director who has worked within a growing SME environment (High growth environment)- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written- Someone who enjoys working for a business who are passionate about their people

You shall be rewarded with a base salary in the region of £100,000 to £110,000 + bonus and benefits
