What is the role and what are we looking for?
As a Data Scientist you will be empowered to develop, implement and support the delivery of customer R&D projects and consultancy to our customers.
Applying your knowledge and experience, you will help deliver our AI/Data Science pipeline of work and support winning future work through the development of client proposals.
The successful candidate will have a love of problem solving and be comfortable working collaboratively, but also have the drive and ability to work independently. To thrive in this role you will need:
A degree in a numerical subject - such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics or Engineering
Demonstrable experience in Machine Learning and/or Data Science
Practitioner experience, knowledge of Python and/or R - in particular packages such as Pandas, Numpy, SciPy, Matplotlib (or equivalent), Tensor Flow, Keras, Pytorch
Experience of and/or interest in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, data science, statistical data analysis and data visualisation
Essential experience: Practical experience in Reinforcement Learning
As a technical expert you can expect to deliver the creation of new solutions for clients, build relationships with both internal / external teams and have the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
