Assistant Engineer Inside IR35

Contract Term: 6 Months (Start date ASAP)

Contracting Authority: Network Rail

Location: Birmingham - 2-3 Days per week. The remaining days include some home working and travel to other sites.

As an Assistant Engineer, reporting to the Renewals and Enhancement team, your main responsibilities would be to:

Support and assistance to be given to the Track and Drainage/Offtrack Renewals Portfolio
Support in CP7 generating renewals work banks to support future business plans by reviewing/analysing track performance data measures
Supporting generation of renewal remits/scopes to issue to renewal delivery team
Supporting generation of requirement documentation to support successful delivery of renewals items and defining desired output
Post review of renewal activities to establish desired outputs achieved and compliance to submitted requirementsYou'll have relevant essential experience and demonstrated on your C.V will be:

Previous Track technical experience
Ability to review/analyse and interpret Track technical data
Understanding of production of remit scope and requirement setting You will also have these Qualifications/Skills:

Sentinel Sponsorship (PTS) is essential It would be desirable if you also had:

Asset management experience
A level of engineering qualification
