Role: Service Coordinator

Located: Merstham, Surrey

Salary: To £23,000 plus company Bonus and large Company Benefits

Working alongside our governance manager, you will act as a single point of contact for nominated clients, for their Service activities and operational processes.

What you will be doing...

Review and analyse data to ensure that performance standards are maintained

Explore incidents, and assist in producing Service Improvement Plans

Update Action Documents on behalf of Management & Project Teams

Manage service jobs and respond to enquiries from customers and Production Team

Communicate and works directly with the Customer's IT department where needed

Acts as a consultant to customer in improving business processes through workflow enhancements and appropriate services

Monitor and manage activity to ensure service level agreements are met

Be the liaison for the customer in all matters concerning the services provided

You will ideally have...

Successful track record in a customer service role

Good level of presentation skills, for undertaking presentations to both internal and external customers

Conflict resolution skills

Intermediate MS Office Tools

Good communication skills written and verbal

Financial awareness, monitoring and co-ordination

Basic Printer, Multi-Function Printer and Multi-Function Device knowledge
