We are recruiting for our client based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a pragmatic, resilient and flexible employee to join their successful Marketing Team.

This role is offering a hybrid working pattern of two days in the office and three days at home.

We have an extensive job description for this role, but in essence we are looking for someone who has experience in the full marketing experience to include:

Strategic Planning
Sales and brand profit targets
Work with the product development team
Develop and implement demand creation plans
Deliver UK marketing

Marketing Strategy & Activation
Consumer Demand Creation
Marketing Activation
PR
Research

Advertising/Media Planning
Creation of TV and Digital advertising, promoting brand
Launch Timing, budget allocation
Planning with Media Agency

Product Line Management
Product Line - defining the product line, reviewing performance and giving regular updates
Work closely with UK Sales Team to drive growth to include presentations
Samples
Retail Activation

Exhibitions and Trade shows
Responsibility for planning and building bi-annual product showroom
Trade Shows - Organising and Attending

QA & Consumer Relations
Toy Safety
Consumer Relations

Team Management

Our client is looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience for the role of Brand Manager:

Degree or equivalent in Business Studies or Marketing or a CIM Diploma

Have experience in brand/marketing management within consumer products

Excellent organisation and leadership skills

Communicates well at all levels

Experience of working with external agencies

Management of multiple brands at one time

Work well under pressure

Experience with data, budget setting and management

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with creating PowerPoint presentations
