Static Maintenance Engineer
Maple Cross, WD3
Monday to Friday, 8AM / 5PM
£30,000.00
Fabric Engineer looking for a new opportunity?
Our client is currently looking for a Static Maintenance Engineer to join their team based at terrific site of a well known manufacturing company based in Maple Cross, WD3. You will be working for the UK's biggest and best FM company and you'll be responsible for all reactive & planned maintenance, liaising with clients on site as well as any other day-to-day tasks that may arise on a daily basis.
As a company they can offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays, further training and qualifications as well as further career progression.
Duties and Responsibilities for a Static Maintenance Engineer:
Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
Carry out modifications and installations when required
Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
Liaise with client/management
Qualifications and Experience for a Static Maintenance Engineer:
C&G or NVQ in Painting or Decorating / Carpentry and Joinery
Previous Building Services experience
Client-facing & well presented
Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
