Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Packaging
Shift Pattern - Double Days
Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 + Overtime + Life Assurance + Healthcare
My client is a world leader in the development of specialist high performance specialist packaging solutions and is extremely well established with more than 70 factories in 20 countries. This highly respected manufacturer is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to the electrical knowledge already within their current team. The group supplies products into a wide range of industries with a reputation for product quality and reliability.
* Apprentice Trained Engineer
* Experience with Packaging/FMCG/Food Machinery
* Understanding of PPM Systems
You will have served a minimum of ideally a full electrical apprenticeship in engineering, though if you have packaging experience with good electrical skills, this will be considered and you will have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working on conveyors, inverters, drives, sensors, plastics or insulation machines, packaging machines, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for all production equipment including fault finding on PLC controlled equipment. There is a huge scope and variety on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
