Business Analyst - ASC Transformation ~

Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with Liverpool City Council to appoint a Business Analyst to their Adult Social Care Transformation Team.

4 - 6 month agency contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis.

35 Hours - Full Time Position.

Location - Liverpool, L2 2BS.

Rate of Pay - £30+ per hour - Higher rates can be negotiated for more experienced candidates.

About the Role;

Adult Social Care is embarking on an ambitious transformation programme over the next two years, with the ambition of improving outcomes, maximising independence, and improving quality of life for Service Users and carers in Liverpool.
The programme is made up of a number of complex system wide projects with the NHS, partner agencies, external providers as well as key internal partners, that need to be delivered at pace.
You will provide the business analysis expertise to support the delivery of this programme.
Key Responsibilities;

Act as Business Analysis lead on Adult Social Care transformation projects and programmes.
Support or, where required, lead on the production of business cases to ensure proposed programmes deliver best value.
Take full responsibility for the business analysis phase of the project lifecycle and act as a key contact for customers and senior managers throughout this phase.
Identify opportunities to capitalise on existing or emerging technologies to meet customer needs.
Lead and deliver all aspects of strategic improvement and change activity in a defined functional discipline or cross-business process.
Identify the best-fit business analysis approach such as Lean, six sigma etc. to ensure business analysis outputs meet the needs of programmes and projects.
To embed a 'business improvement' way of working at all levels of the organisation that delivers sustainable improvement including improved customer satisfaction, increased revenues and decreased costs.
Assess customer activities to identify opportunities to streamline processes to deliver added value, reduce costs or maximise project benefits.
Complete comprehensive, cross-functional 'as-is' business process documentation to identify current processes and responsibilities as well as more effective, efficient 'to-be' processes to allow customers and stakeholder to visualise and understand suggested improvements.
Produce detailed documentation such as Statement of Requirements to fully capture customer requirements.
