Salary: Circa £70,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes

Compass Associates are partnering with a luxury care provider to recruit a Home Manager for their large, luxury nursing home on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. The home offers specialist nursing and residential care to elderly residents with dementia. The service opened last year and has just recently received it's first CQC rating which is 'Good'. The home has been commissioned and is up and running.

Our client is now seeking a Registered Home Manager to look after this newly opened home and continue building its foundations from occupancy and creating a strong team.

The Candidate
We are currently seeking an experienced Home Manager who has previously managed a large nursing home to a high standard
You will have proven experience achieving 'Good' CQC reports and achieving high occupancy levels within your home
Previous experience commissioning a large nursing home would be beneficial
Ideally you will be nurse qualified (RGN/RMN), however proven experience managing a nursing home is preferrable

Experienced Home Manager
Strong commercial acumen - experienced in increasing occupancy, budget management and recruitment
You will be a real people person and will be able to build rapport with residents and staff
Proven background in achieving 'Good' CQC ratings
Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN) - beneficial but not necessary

Interview Process
There is a two-stage interview process.
Stage 1 - Initial pre-screen with the internal recruiter
Stage 2 - Formal interview with the Managing Director via MS Teams

This role is based in Milton Keynes and is commutable from Bedford, Luton, Northampton, Cambridge, Oxford, Peterborough and Watford.
