Vision for Education are looking for a dynamic and fun KS2 Teacher to take on a one year maternity contract in a school in Cambridge from September
About the role
The school are looking to appoint an excellent classroom teacher to join their friendly, committed and hardworking staff. The role will be in KS2, but the year group can be adjusted to match the skills of the teacher appointed. It is a one year maternity contract and will very likely have the potential to become permanent the following academic year. The school would consider applications from all experience levels.

The school is a large primary school on the west side of Cambridge. The school organisation is based on a phase approach with six classes in each phase and a phase leader.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of KS2 Teacher you will:
Have a good knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the Primary Curriculum, including phonics.
Be well organised and communicate effectively with staff and parents
Ensure that learning is engaging and accessible to children of all abilities
Enjoy the flexibility of working with different classes
Have a friendly, positive outlook with a sense of humour.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
Qualified Teacher Status
PGCE, BEd, BA (QTS), Overseas qualified with QTS
Key responsibilities
As KS2 Teacher you will be responsible for:
Full Class Teacher role with full responsibilities
