Operational Performance Analyst - 12 Month FTC - Up to £33,000

Do you come from a Call Centre support environment?

Do you have experience of Capacity/Resource Planning?

Are you passionate about analysing data to ensure operational efficiencies?

As a Business Performance Analyst you will work alongside both IT and the Operations team to ensure that business tools and performance metrics are designed and implemented to improve operational efficiencies across the business.

You will be supporting a variety of departments, creating Forecasting and Performance guidelines along with reporting where you will identify root causes of inefficiencies and make suggestions for improvements.

You will be responsible for creating and presenting operational MI that will be utilised by Senior Management to drive changes and improve business efficiency.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of Data Analysis and experience of Power BI.

You will be a strong Stakeholder Manager with the confidence to present findings and recommendations to senior management across the business.
