Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Administrators to work with a Public Sector organisation supporting a Public Inquiry on an ongoing assignment until May 2024. This is a full time role in which you will be reviewing applications for Public funding grants and therefore previous experience in a financial admin based role is desirable.

Pay: £14.10 per hour
Location: Hybrid working model with Leith Edinburgh office
Assignment: Immediate - May 2024


- Manage a mailbox for receiving applications for core participant status
- Respond to queries regarding core participant status and funding
- Assess applications for core participant status against a set criteria and associated administration
- Assess applications for funding for expenses and legal costs against a criteria
- Check invoices for payment to ensure they are within approved parameters
- Liaise with the inquiry finance team on set up of applicants on financial systems for payments

Experience Required
- A Basic Disclosure within the last 3 months is essential
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Experience in financial administration and invoice management desirable
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
