Due to upcoming retirement an excellent opportunity has arisen within our Team for a full-time Administrator based at our office in Bishopbriggs.

You will support the business across a range of administrative tasks including sales ledger, purchase ledger, stock control and various other associated functions.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm

Skills:

· IT literate

· Experience in working with Sage 50 system would be an advantage but not essential

· Good attention to detail

· organisational skills with the ability to forward plan and prioritise workload

· Strong communication skills as you will liaise with colleagues, management and clients on a daily basis

· Ability to resolve problems in a proactive, practical, and positive manner

· Ability to plan and organise own work

· Positive and flexible approach to work

You will be working as part of a small but busy team therefore you should have a team player attitude and be comfortable undertaking ad hoc tasks.
