  • Be a Qualified Teacher (ideally with PGCE, GTP, B.Ed, Cert Ed, BA with QTS)
  • Demonstrate recent experience as a Secondary Teacher or Trainee Teacher
  • Hold an honours degree or equivalent in B.Ed.
  • Must have knowledge regarding current curriculum initiatives to promote learning and behaviour
  • Should have experience working with SEN and or within challenging environments
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with Autism, SEMH and Attachment disorder etc.
  • Previous experience of planning according to individual needs
  • Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies
