PLM Administrator EMEA - Full Time - Leeds, United Kingdom

Come and join our Sulzer UK in Leeds as our PLM Administrator EMEA, we are looking for a talented PLM expert to join the engineering applications team. If you are a highly motivated, innovative, organised with a keen eye for detail you can help us take Sulzer Flow Equipment to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
* Supporting and advising engineering Power/End Users within your region
* Manage Power User organisation on behalf of your region
* Provide operational support (2nd, 3rd level support)
* Identify critical issues and take responsibility for successful resolution of issue while coaching
* Resolve incidents and drive root cause analysis and problem management to permanently resolve issues
* Assist and support part of PLM Transformation work streams (Data migration, Mechanical Design-, BOM-, Change-, Standard Parts-Management, ERP integration)
* Create, review, and validate work instructions and training materials

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Technically oriented education with further practise/education in computer science and/or process management
* Certified IT background
* 4 years' experience of PDM and CAx
* Traceable CAx and engineering tools operational experience, e.g. Siemens Teamcenter / NX, Windchill, etc.
* Excellent knowledge and functional understanding of various Teamcenter modules like Structure Manager, Workflow, Change Management, BOM Configuration methodologies, Visualization, etc.
* Good customer service skills
* Ability to act independently
* Excellent problem-solving skills
