This National Fire and Security solutions provider have an excellent reputation in the industry and ZITKO are very pleased to be working with them to secure them additional resource for their team based in Oxfordshire.
You will be accountable for a team of around 10 coordinators, overseeing the planning and scheduling of works for field engineers, whilst undertaking all related activities required to ensure works are completed in line with business expectations. The position requires the candidate to be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, who can work to strict timelines and can adapt to meet the needs of the customer, which often vary dependant on the contract.
Responsibilities
Maximising the Engineering hours per day.
Effective planning and scheduling of engineer's diaries and resulting daily revenue targets.
Maintaining a commercial focus to maximise productivity and minimise non-chargeable down time.
Required
Previous experience in a supervisory role.
Ability to communicate fluently with customers, manufacturers & internal staff.
Proven experience of resolving customer related issues.
Able to prioritise workloads to meet agreed deadlines.
Experienced with using service management systems and key performance indicators,
A strong experience with Microsoft Office, with a minimum level of beginner to intermediate for Microsoft Excel.
Package
Annual salary circa £30k.
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (half hour lunch).
Holiday - 23 days per annum plus bank holidays.
Company pension.
