Senior Pension Administrator
My client is a School/Trust based in Middlesex and are looking for Senior Pensions Administrator to join them for 3 months on a temporary basis.
Candidate hourly rate £20 - £25 depending on experience
Summary of Role
The primary duties will be:
* Ensuring the compliance and completion of activities in respect of all Pensions Schemes
* The timely and accurate administration of the Trust's multiple Occupational Pension Schemes
* Be the main point of reference on pensions issues
* Reviewing and submitting reports, including monthly data submissions, contribution schedules and Annual Returns
* Supporting the upcoming End of Year processes
* Ensure that targets and deadlines are met
* Assist with employee and external agencies when required, including handling any complaints
* Liaise with external payroll provide when required
Experience
* In-depth and proven experience in administering multiple occupational pension schemes, including The Teachers Pension Scheme, Local Government Pension Scheme and NEST
* Possess an understanding of technical scheme rules
* High level of accuracy and detail-oriented approach
* Flexibility when managing multiple tasks with varying demands and deadlines
* Highly competent user of computerised systems and MS Office, particularly Excel
Have you got experience of working in a relevant institute or organisation?
Have you worked with pensions and understand the process?
Have you got advanced IT skills that include excel?
Have you got excellent written and verbal communication skills?
