Do you want to boost your career in a dynamic and global FMCG company? We are currently looking to recruit an IT support Technician to join us at our scenic site in Oswestry. In this exciting role you will support local end-users with a high variety of IT-related issues and problems.

You are part of a dynamic, international "One Global Onsite Support"-team, in which you are not only supporting users at your site, but also at other national / international sites.

What this exciting role entails:

* Your department is 1st & 2nd line support for local IT infrastructure & clients

* Proactive customeroriented actions on all incoming requests in regards to installation, maintenance of end-user-devices, videoconference-systems and user-management.

* Support in a Win10environment including installation of ARLA-approved software, support of mobile devices to ensure compliance and function of digital company-applications.

* Support of specialized devices for our production areas, such as RF guns ,Fork Truck PC's and ruggedized tablets.

* Selfleading analysis of hardware and software issues in close cooperation with our Arla Service Desk (Shared Service Centre) and other IT departments internally and externally.

* Introduction to new employees in our Arla infrastructure and work / support-processes within our IT environment.

* Creation of knowledge base articles in our shared knowledge base to ensure documentation of lessonslearned and provide help on future solution processes.

* Participation on global infrastructure projects that reach from installation of higher number of devices up to topics effecting whole sites.

* Regular site visits across the UK where enduser support is needed locally.

* Stock management (ordering/recovery/reutilization)

* Cooperation with various service delivery teams within Arla

* Participation in various groups within the Onsite community within Arla for knowledge sharing.

What experience we are looking for:

* Microsoft Windows 10 knowledge including Office 365, MS teams and Microsoft SCCM

* Experience in supporting laptops/desktops

* Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure

* Experience working with Service Now

* Experience in supporting LAN/WAN Infrastructure

* Experience with IOS/Android devices

* Familiar with MS Intune device management

* VMware ESXi experience

* Palo Alto firewall knowledge

* Experience with AV/Conference equipment

* Problem solving experience

* Experience in Warehouse/Food production IT environments (desired)

* Full clean UK driving license
