Page Personnel are recruiting for a Dividends Administrator to join a business in Leeds city centre in a permanent role.
Client Details
The business are a successful company within the Financial Services sector and they are looking for an administrator to join them and report to the Dividends Manager, providing admin support to the manager and the Dividends Department.
Description
The daily duties will be; To process stock and cash distributions into clients accounts as requested within 24 hours of receipt for dividends and corporate actions. To carry out Regular and Ad hoc reconciliations as required by Regulatory standards and departmental Management. To produce and distribute regular and ad hoc reports/Statements to clients in accordance with company standards, product specifications or client requirements. To use Excel to process dividends, creating and using formulas and macros. To process multicurrency payments, calculating sterling figures and making payments in all currencies. To carry out any other duties as requested by Departmental or Senior Management to support the department or firm. To deal with Tax queries and paymments including Withholding Tax. To update internal records to reflect work in progress. To produce ad hoc letters to clients for Corporate Actions. To maintain a 'TCF' culture in respect of all the six outcomes. To report any risks which may be detrimental to clients or to the firms reputation, which arise from inadequate procedures, systems, or data handling. To ensure compliance with FCA requirements, the Branch Manual, Code of Conduct policies and T&C framework
Profile
Minimum 1 year office experience
Basic understanding of stockbroking is desirable
Basic Microsoft Office Skills and Advances Excel skills (BONY inform, Crest Euroclear UK and Ireland)
Minimum 5 GCSE's grade A - C
