The Role

You will be working for a market leading sheet metal company, who is looking to expand in their business as they are recruiting for a number of positions. They are looking for an experienced Powder Coat Sprayer to join their team and be crucial in the role for expansion.

Main Responsibilities
?Cleaning and preparing of components
?Jig, Hang and Set parts ready for coating application
?Mix required coatings following company technique sheet or manufactures TDS
?Spray application of primers and topcoats
?Powder coating
?Completing company routing and shop log forms
?Maintain equipment and PPE

Powder Coat Sprayer

The Candidate
?Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and be extremely flexible
?Time served skilled paint sprayer
?Knowledge of spray equipment and PPE apparatus
?Aerospace experience desirable but not essential
?Experience working with process sheets and work to instructions i.e. job cards
?Ability to thrive within a fast -paced production business environment
