DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Work closely with the brand team to manage and ensure communications are on brand
Plan and manage all campaigns and project work
Engage with external agency relationships, for media planning, buying, creative and reporting
Internal and external reporting on campaigns, the
Manage the customer journey offline and online
Support in the delivery of incremental revenue growth via new sales channels
Budget management for campaign activity
Ensure Team management and inclusion
Day to day management of agencies including creative and media to ensure material delivered on time
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
3-4 years' experience working in campaign marketing, planning and execution
A strong understanding of the full marketing cycle
Marketing qualifications and ideally degree level or CIM (Desirable not essential)
Experience in building and managing concurrent integrated campaigns
Measuring and demonstrating a clear ROI
Able to understand and analyse research evidence quickly and build strategies from the data
Communication and relationship skills to engage with agencies, peers, directors and stakeholders
Managing external creative and media agencies
Resourceful, proactive and organised
Strategic brand awareness
Effective management of campaign budgets
Strong team player, willing to muck in
