Accounts/Sales Assistant

Mon - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (Hybrid working will be considered)

Permanent position

Salary, up to £25,000pa (Dependant on experience)

Haslingden

This is a unique opportunity located within the Haslingden area for a well-established company. As an Accounts and Sales Assistant you will be responsible for dealing with sales enquiries, raising invoices, managing direct debits and dealing with sales admin.

Role and responsibilities

* Dealing with initial sales enquiries

* Inputting invoices on to a system

* Raising invoices and raising Purchase Orders numbers

* Managing all Direct Debits

* Managing BACS payments

* Monthly bank reconciliations

Skills and experiences

* Experience as an Accounts Assistant 2+ Years

* Experience with dealing with Sales enquiries

* Ability to work within a fast paced role

* Good telephone manner

* Good customer service skills

There is an opportunity for this role to be Hybrid, this would consist of 3 days within the office.
