Role Description
We are looking for a Senor Trade Activation Manager to join our team in Staines. You will be responsible for developing & delivering 'insight-led', best in class Shopper & Trade Activation Plans across our Pilgrim's Food Masters branded business to drive shopper behaviour change and deliver our Brands' commercial objectives.

You will also be responsible for leading & inspiring our 3rd Party Field Sales Team & Agency relationship, harnessing the power of this Team along with relevant shopper & retail insights to drive 'excellent execution' of our Brands within our Retailer customers and drive the top line sales performance of our Brands.

This role is a hybrid role, you will be required to go into the offices 1/2 times a week.

Key Accountabilities

Leadership & on-going Agency management of Shopper Marketing Agency and all relevant 3rd Party Agencies involved in defining, developing & executing Trade & Shopper Marketing activations across our Pilgrim's Food Masters Brands in GB
Work with Brand Teams to define & identify Shopper Marketing priorities, objectives & KPIs
Define & develop the rolling Shopper Marketing Activation Calendar & Retailer differentiation priorities for our Pilgrim's Food Masters Brands
Internal lead & point of contact for all Brand & Category Teams for Shopper / Trade Marketing initiatives & activations
Lead & facilitate our 'Go to Market' meeting drumbeat to ensure 'excellent execution' of our 'Go to market' Big Bets, priorities and activities. Inspire & influence cross-functional commercial Teams and ensure relevant information is shared in a timely & appropriate fashion to drive Business performance
Lead, inspire and mobilise an extended Team of Field Sales individuals to ensure 'excellent execution' of our Brands within our Retail Customers to drive our Pilgrim's Food Masters Brands commercial performance
Leadership of the on-going Agency relationship and management of our Third Party Fields Sales Agency Ensure clear commercial priorities and metrics / KPIs are in place for our 3rd Party Field Sales Team to execute against in agreed Retailers (across our Pilgrim's Food Masters Brands Skills and Experience
