RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive Client, who are currently looking for a Live Technical SPOC & UK CX Pilot Support, Technical Support Operations to support and join their expanding team

Position Description:

Rate: £23.06 via Umbrella - increasing to £29.83 after 13 weeks under AWR's - Agency Worker Regulations

Interrogate ageing technical case data, liaise with technical teams (Technical Assistance Centre, Field Service Engineers, Product Development etc) to accelerate case resolution and reduce vehicle downtime. The goal of this position is to provide technical assistance and updates to enable technical cases to progress to closure quickly, reducing customer downtime, hire car and warranty costs. Support daily stand-up meetings with updated status on technical cases Provide feedback to TSO Manager who provides Governance and to Live Agents for customer feedback. Develop checkpoint/s in Live Wall Tech process ensure UK Pilot dealers use CX Pilot process/Headset. Support TSO Manager with UK CX Av Headset Pilot. Maintain, track and lead to conclusion AV headset hardware, software and other network tech issues list with other CV teams. Work to integrate video check pilot & PD Quality 3-way video call Support development and maintenance of Metrics and Trackers. The candidate will report into the Technical Service Manager and will liaise closely with members of the Technical Assistance Centre, Field Service Engineers, Technical Investigators, Product Development, Diagnostic Engineers, Customer Relationship Centre and other key groups.

Skills Preferred/Required:

Familiarisation of quality systems like CQIS and AEQ and working of Diagnostic hardware and software.

Knowledge on Vehicle systems with focus on Commercial vehicles and new EV vehicle technology.

Experience Required/Preferred:

Technical Experience gained from Service-related positions at vehicle dealerships or within other vehicle related positions within a vehicle OEM or suppliers to vehicle OEM's

Education Preferred:

Engineering degree or Master Technician status

Additional Information:

Hybrid working - 3/4 days onsite, one of those to be in Colchester.
