We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT System Analyst to join the team based at our Workington Mill. Joining us on a full-time, permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary and become part of our welcoming team.
Iggesund Paperboard is a Swedish company and a member of the Holmen Group. The Workington Mill produces premium paperboard under the brand Incada. Our paperboard is an integral part of the shopping experience for our client's customers. Since 2013 we have powered the mill almost entirely by fossil fuel free energy. We value our employees and products highly. Today we are approximately 320 co-workers. Our integrated pulp and paperboard mill is located to the west of the beautiful Lake District in the north of England.

About the role:
We seek an IT System Analyst who will cover IT & systems mill-wide. The successful candidate will sustain and improve the reliability, availability, and costs for IT systems within budget frames, policies and in support of the overall objectives of the Mill.
Responsibilities of our IT System Analyst include:
Project managing and leading key business projects
Supporting and maintaining sustainable IT services
Communicating changes and information and demonstrating behaviour which encourages a single cohesive IT department
Holding responsibility for safety and security within the IT Team and the systems that you support
Providing assistance to other members of the IT department as required
Presenting a professional personal and Company image
Driving personal development
What we're looking for in our IT System Analyst:
A relevant degree in Information Technology - or equivalent
Practical industry experience of managing large scale business system implementations, application consolidation, and data migrations
Proven track record in successful Project Management of IT projects including scope and issue management and prioritisation
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources, ability to adapt to change
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Good skills in analysis, design and problem solving
A forward-thinking attitude with good business appreciation
