Our client a manufacturer of construction products across a broad spectrum of industries has a requirement for a Roll Forming Machine Operator to join them on a permanent basis.

If you are experienced as a Roll Forming Machine Operator looking to work in a company where training on machine setting will be provided then this is an opportunity worth consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain awareness and ensure full compliance with Health and Safety, housekeeping standards and company rules and procedures.
Follow verbal or written instructions and work to set out procedures
Troubleshoot any quality, set up or speed issues arising from rolls, tools or material on existing or new sections and offer feedback and resolution as it becomes part of the daily operating process.
Undertake basic machine maintenance
Participate in training to develop skills and support the needs of the business
Provide support to other areas of the business as and when requiredThe successful Roll Forming Machine Operator will:

Proven experience of operating roll forming mills is essential
Be well organised, multi-skilled, self-motivated and be keen to upskill
Have good timekeeping and attendance
Flexible in approach to work and good attitude to work, being happy to undertake other duties to support the needs of the business is essential.
Prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
Capable of working well within a team environment on rolling mills
Be able to communicate at all levels

Competitive rate of pay
Hours of work:Monday - Thursday 07:00am - 3:30pm (Half an hour unpaid lunch)

Friday - 07:00am - 12:00pm

37 hours per week
