Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Working as part of a team, you will undertake key Administrative duties to assist in the accurate and efficient processing of multiple Payrolls
You will work within the team to input and manage the creation of Payrolls to strict deadlines.
Ensure that Payroll data is accurate and maintained in accordance with processes and procedures in the system.
Collate and load absence data to ensure that statutory payments are made and recorded.
Input statutory data as requested by bodies such as HMRC
Respond to colleagues queries in a professional and appropriate manner
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but a strong background in Data Entry, Customer Service or general office duties would be considered.
Awareness of Payroll processes would be desirable - but not essential
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to learn quickly and commit to your own development
Good communication skills both written and oral
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
