Information Security Manager
Leeds, West Yorkshire (2-3 days' per week in office / remote)
up to £75k basic, plus excellent benefitsFruition IT are excited to be partnering with leading tech-focused business in their search for a talented Information Security Manager to join their mature Information Security team.
The role of Information Security Manager will be responsible for risk assurance across a wide range of technology projects and services, both internal and via third party suppliers.
The Information Security Manager will work collaboratively with the rest of the team, as well as 1st & 2nd line security specialists, key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external auditors.
In addition, the Information Security Manager will be given the opportunity to contribute to the ISO and Cyber Essentials reviews in 2022.
As part of a newly formed and growing team, the Information Security Manager will bring their technology background and expertise into the role, and help to improve the capabilities and knowledge within the wider group.
Information Security Manager - Key Requirements
Previous experience in Information Security or similar function, such as Risk Assurance, Governance, Auditing, Controls, Compliance, etc.
Experience working in a Risk / Security Assessor or Auditor role
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working closely with suppliers / vendors, performing assurance reviews
Knowledge of cloud technologies would be highly advantageous
It would be beneficial to have a relevant qualification, such as QSA, CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.Information Security Manager - Salary & Benefits:
Basic salary up to £75,000
