We are seeking to appoint an exceptional First Line IT Support Desk Analyst to join our multi-academy trust (MAT) and support our Shared Services team through the next phase of growth based in the North West, You will join us on a full-time permanent basis (37.5 hours per week) and In return, we will offer a competitive salary of £20,444 - £24,920 per annum.
The Dixons Academies Trust is a rapidly expanding family of 15 schools serving the communities of Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool. The Dixons Central team includes experts from a range of professional backgrounds, who work together to provide an outstanding service to our Academies.

Experience we're looking for in our First Line IT Support Desk Analyst include:
Values driven
One year or more working in an IT support role
Supporting IT to include troubleshooting and set up of telecoms, networking components and end user computer devices
What we're looking for in our First Line IT Support Desk Analyst:
Level 3 IT qualification or equivalent
MCP, MCSDT certification
Full driving license and access to own vehicle
Have experience of working in an IT support role
Have a strong moral purpose and drive for improvement
Have the opportunity to develop their career working alongside the Executive Team of a nationally respected Trust
Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word
