Learning Support Assistant (Phonics) - Bolsover

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant. This role requires you to be creative, organised and maintain a strong working relationships with teachers and pupils. You would assist teachers in their delivery of the national curriculum, as well as planning, behaviour management and preparation of resources.

The perfect candidate would:

Adapt their management to specific pupils
Follow the school's rules and implement the school's ethos and values
Work well in a team
Be approachable
Be enthusiastic and promote high expectations for pupils
Can build relationships with pupils quickly and efficiently
Lead phonic sessions in accordance to the school's policiesRequirements:

Have at least one year experience
Understand how to work with SEN pupils
Capable of understanding the primary school curriculum
Reliable and hold a great attendance and punctuality record
DBS registered to the online services - or willing to get one
